The secret to our success is the custom tailoring process. From long arms to short torsos, trim euro style to loose freeride fits—Beyond’s design process allows each outdoor enthusiast to develop a technical, specialized garment matched to their own style.

Not only does our user-driven model allow each customer to tweak elements such as pocket configurations, hood style and fabric choice, but we also build every individual piece from scratch to the custom details of your specific order. Beyond’s proprietary process incorporates critical information such as body measurements, primary activity and feature preference to tailor each pattern by shape, sport and style. With modern precision we harness computerized cutting systems to block out the individual pieces from rolls of premium Polartec®, Schoeller®, and Gore-Tex® fabrics. Then we hand-stitch the fabric and trims together in our Seattle shop, with the throwback care of seam work artisans, to create a perfectly fit piece of technical outdoor apparel.
