Ordering and Credit Card Authorization and Capture
Payment in full by credit card is required to place an order. Beyond reserves the right to charge the credit card for the full amount of the transaction as early as the day of purchase, and as late as after the date of shipment. An itemized invoice will be sent to you once the order has been submitted.
Modifications, Cancelations, and Refunds
Modifications to an order after purchase at the Site, defined as clicking the "Purchase" button, may be accepted only upon Beyond's review and sole discretion. After signing an order confirmation, or clicking the "Purchase" button at the Site, cancelations are not allowed. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is placed, payment is non-refundable, or made only at Beyond's sole discretion.
Right Fit Guarantee
Beyond reserves the right, due to its expertise of its products, to recognize whether the fit of the product, based on information given by the customer at the time of purchase, is deemed correct. If Beyond decides that a fit issue is the fault of Beyond, shipping costs may be refunded upon request. If the fit issue was not deemed to be Beyond's error, yet the garment is authorized to be sent back for alteration, the associated shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
