Return Policy for Standard Garments

A copy of the policy is included in the package with your purchase. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of purchase date. Please visit our Returns Page for more information on returns.

Repairs/Broken Zippers

Most of the time, zippers are repaired for free! For other repairs, Beyond offers a full repair service. Cost for repair is subject to assessment of the garment, however we do offer free zipper repairs. Please contact a Beyond Guide for a ‘Wear & Tear’ form.

If I order it online, can I pick it up in the store?

Of course! By checking the ‘In store pickup’ button during the checkout process, it will deduct shipping,.

What if my item is damaged during shipment?

All of our outgoing shipments are insured. Please contact a Beyond Guide if your product arrives damaged.

Our Custom Option

We currently do not offer custom sizing as we have to catch up on fulfillment for our standard sized garments. While we have no ETA on when our custom program will return, it will initially be exclusively available in our Seattle shop.
